This small dish features a relaxed little cat curled around the rim, holding a blue fish close like a favourite toy. I shaped the cat and the bowl by hand from white clay, then painted the interior with simple blue and green brushstrokes and a heart at the centre. It’s finished with a clear glaze and fired twice in the kiln so the colours stay bright and the surface smooth. At 7.5×7.5×3 cm (about 3”×3”×1.2”), it’s the perfect size for rings, earrings, or small desk treasures — or simply as a sweet decorative piece on its own.
