Refund policy

As the items are produced to order, we are not able to accept any returns. However, please, do let us know if you have any issues with your order - if it arrived damaged or did not arrive at all within a reasonable delay (9 days after the expected delivery date), we will be able either to replace it, find a similar replacement item of your choice or refund the order to make it right. The item replacement is done at no cost to you. Gift cards cannot be returned though.

Please contact us at happycats@dariiadziuba.art to let us know about any issues with the order immediately upon its reception. We will need a photo of your damaged item or any relevant information to proceed with it.

Damages and issues
Please let us know if you have an issue with your product. Mishaps do happen and we will do our best to make it right. Just send us a photo to show us the condition of the item and we will be happy to either replace it or refund it for you. No need to return the item to us.

Refunds
If your item is damaged and we have no similar item to replace it with or you no longer wish the replacement, we will refund your item purchase and related shipping expenses. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
